Conducted at the most convenient outdoor location of your choice, our trainers have been known to use the Beautiful Botanical Gardens, Magnificent Fort Canning, Historical Labrador Park and other picturesque locations, to add to your fitness experience.

Aqua Fitness
Getting in sg suit could be just as easy as putting one on and getting in the pool. Moving through the water is a great form of cardio, and resistance training all at the same time, without the need to even lift a dumbbell. Use the resistance of the water for a fun, effective workout that is extremely easy on injuries and joints.

Boxing (Max OT)
One of our patented "Max OT" programs this is a fun filled interactive cardiovascular
program. A highly interactive and fun workout, Max OT Boxing is catered to the individual who likes the great outdoors, lots of action, fun filled personal environment. This form
of excercise is extremely interactive, provides stress relief and is a highly fun, charged up workout.

Running (Max OT)
Running is the ultimate in calorie burning exercises, and has the capability of burning more calories a minute than any many other forms of exercise, nearly a third more than cycling, for a similar intensity.
This program will be done with the guidance of a trainer who will ensure proper form, stride and pace, to ensure a safe workout, yet can be catered to a clients of any level, from clients who wish to improve their general fitness, to clients with ambitious running goals like running a marathon.

Cardio Kick (Max OT)
Interactive and fun, this program is focused on development of your fitness,
and motion of kicking.
Fun and and destressing, this class is a great addition to any fitness program,
regardless of your goals; be it fitness development, calorie burning, or simply to
destress from a long day at work.
